I think you would really enjoy more Yes Theory content! A lot of their content that helped them build this success was started on asking strangers to do things, to prove if you go out of your comfort zone, the world and the people around you aren’t as scary as you would believe. They would approach strangers on the street to go on trips with them, ask to get matching tattoos, and even try to travel to places with no money or no knowledge and try to complete challenges and have a good time, rather than letting discomfort win. I know there are a lot of people who struggle with anxiety that have been inspired by them and ironically taken comfort from their work. They’ve branched out over the years and done a lot of cool stuff, but being adventurous and trying new things to overcome the fear and grow instead has always been the core. For a little more context on the video you watched- I think with Ammars dad he didn’t understand and was not supportive so he asked Ammar to quit and Ammar stayed on so his dad mostly cut contact with him. His parents did know what he did but he had never got to explain it to them personality with them having an open mind about it and with him being so successful. For them to have agreed to do this after being so against his life path in the past, they must have seen how successful it was going and decide they could hear him out. They skipped over some of the background because Ammar wanted to move past it and reconcile instead of holding onto it.

I'm pretty sure that most of the "jungkook being scared of girls" clips were just him trying to get away from the mic because he gets really nervous and shy about giving speeches 😅 there's whole compilations of that

Yey! You saw my one ok rock recommendation! And yes it was the live version i recommended. the song it’s not my favorite but it really shows the showmanship and their more playful side. I don’t know if you noticed but Turu and Ryota, the guitarist and basist switched instruments, and taka on the drums was great too. I’ve seen them live 3 times they give the best shows the energy it’s unmatched even when they play smaller venues
