Ateez ❤️Thanks for the reaction !! It was actually fun seeing you all try to understand what a Social Boomer was. And I find it truly fascinating how age actually influences Koreans' social interactions. And it makes me curious about all the nuance. For instance, how do you act and take into consideration both the age and the hierarchical position in a relationship (How do you act toward a Sunbae that is way younger than you or a Hoobae that is way older that you ?) In most settings, Jongho is actually the hyung of the 99z line. Not so much with the two actual hyung (Hongjoong and Seonghwa), but he does act like a "strict" hyung to the rest of the group, which definitely leads to funny situations! But I don't think it means Jongho play by the rules that much (in their group dynamic at least). In fact, just like Wooyoung, he will take every opportunity to overpower his hyung, and boss them around 😂 It's probably why I enjoy the relationship between wooyoung and Jongho as the maknaes of ateez. They really don't let each other breathe (they don't leat anyone breathe to be honest), always on each other's cases ! It's never boring with the two of them. Also, if you actually watch Lee Mujin tho, you'll definitely see a softer and less confident side of Jongho ! Would love for you to react to something else, maybe including another units with members you're not as familiar with! (Like Yoesang, Mingi, Yunho, or even Seonghwa again!)

Wish he would react to those. I also recommended a lot of skz talkers but since he's doing videos on so many artists, he doesn't do skz that much anymore :(

I don’t think you guys get it. Woo young isn’t making fun of the respect thing. They’re saying he’s the boomer bc he is the most rigid about expecting underclassmen (newer groups) to properly greet senior class men. And San joins him in it like a starving hyena. So social Kondae (Korean for boomer isn’t limited to age but bhvr) is what Wooyoung is.

always love ATEEZ content <3 If you're looking for a recent 8 member interview that isn't too long for the future, I think their besties on besties with seventeen mag was nice. Or, to see them horsing around more, Yesterview with MBC radio (Jongho is absent sadly). If you're down for long form content, Wanteez ep 7 has them competing for who is the "best friend" through games to win the others over which may be easy/interesting to talk about from a communication standpoint

i would really recommend a Woo-San birthday stream edits. the energy is incomparable. you can find a lot of those edits with English subs on YT ^^.
