This reaction was so much fun! I`ve always thought Soobin as a leader is kind of interesting. Because there are a lot of leaders like Namjoon or Hongjoong who are awesome and really push their groups forward. And Soobin sometimes seems like the opposite of that. But then I got to know TXT more and how they work as a group. They really dont need someone pushing them. I think every one of them has enough passion and drive for a whole group. They just need someone calm and steady who they can rely on. I`m glad Soobin is slowly realizing that he`s doing really well and is becoming more confident in himself.

Just an fyi, this Youngji was born in 2002 so she is actually younger than him. And for more context, TXT was the first and still only group to debut under Bighit (now Hybe)* after BTS (in 2019–so they were already huge) so there was and still is a lot of pressure under them as a group to honor their seniors. They have talked about the pressure in a few interview articles, a few times in videos. I think they try to be very careful about what they do because of how much scrutiny they can get trying to live up to the pressure. I really can’t wait to see TXT in a few more years with more time and experience and maybe feeling a bit less pressured. I think we’ll see completely new sides of them and a lot of growth/change in their personalities. Older groups are fun to watch because they are clearly more comfortable being expressive on camera, but the potential in these younger groups is also very satisfying to see progress in over time. *Hybe has other groups such as Seventeen and Enhypen but TXT is the only other group in the bighit division whereas Hybe is the parent company.

Some other people have mentioned the Hoshi and Youngji interview, I'm not sure If you're interested in individual content from seventeen yet but if you got the chance I think its a great interview! Hoshi is my Seventeen bias and other than his talents, his personality is a huge factor, I think he shows some interesting sides as an idol especially on this show. Also Youngji has actually been a carat (seventeen fan) since before she became famous and is well known for being a fan of hoshi and leaving a bunch of comments on his videos when she was younger, so it's super interesting seeing their dynamic now that she's also a celebrity! I really enjoyed this video I hope to see some more txt (and seventeen too) in the future!!

Oh, the irony of Soobin saying he believes he lacks skills and doesn't stand out as much as the others, only for him to then go on HYBE Game Caterers and win over the hearts of all of the fellow idols there and prove what a skillful dancer he is, what great a memory he has, and how utterly charming he is! Soobin is the sleeper agent of TXT; the others may grab attention first 'cause of their more chaotic natures, but the more TXT content I consume, the more Soobin captivates me.

Soobin is actually the most honest and critical out of all the boys, he’s not too nice at all. He is nice of course but the members even say it’s amazing to get a compliment from Soobin. Because he’s very objective about things even himself

I really love this reaction and please react to txt more besides the English interviews😭. Soobin is exactly like this on vlive. He comes on vlive the most and he recently did a vlive of 4 HOURS just talking. He pretty much says everything and anything. And also I would say out of all the members he is most likely to maybe put someone in their place

In the vlives i think soobin probanly feels the Most comfy. He Talks a Lot, is Open and Puts people in their place without hesistation. Maybe you would Like to react to a compilation?

There is this short compilation on YouTube that shows very well why Soobin is the leader : https://youtu.be/PfnrO2mgnb4 That channel also has a video for Beomgyu, since you've said that you've never seen Beomgyu being serious, it shows how caring and thoughtful he is off camera. He also has a more vulnerable and serious side where he talks about the way he thinks but it's more during his solo lives and I couldn't find a compilation for that 😅 Idk if these videos would be reaction&analysis worthy but they're good to understand them better!
