【詳細規約 & 競標須知】

07/01(六)晚上 21:00 親簽油畫競標。

【親簽競標規範】

起標價皆由 0 元(NTD新台幣)往上累進，單次出價以每標500元(NTD新台幣)，最高1000元，最後10分鐘無喊價上限為基準，價高者得。

每一標1小時結標，如遇倒數10秒鐘內加標，將進行尾刀加時3分鐘，尾刀最終加時僅重新進行10秒鐘倒數，不會再額外倒數。

出價嚴禁收回訊息，請對競標負責勿隨意下標，嚴禁惡意抬價，如有遇到違規者會直接刪除留言

※若競標後出現棄標行為，後續將禁止參與所有競標，並以當期競標第二高順位者得標(最多順延至第三順位)，若當期競標第二及第三順位者不願繼承則擇日再次進行競標。

※若有疑似惡意哄抬價格之行為官方有權介入並禁止此人此次競標資格，一切以官方最終判決為準。

※若最終AB兩人進行喊標，A以10,000得標但過後棄標，則以A與B一開始喊價之起點為最終得標金額。

The registration form will be sent one day before the bid.

【Bidding Rules】

The starting bid is $0 (NTD), each subsequent bid is $500 NTD per bid up to $1000 with no upper limit during the final 10 minutes of bidding. Each bid will close in one hour, however within 10 seconds of closing if a bid is added, an additional 3 minutes will be added.

Bidders are strictly prohibited to retracting their offer, please be responsible when bidding and do not place a bid arbitrarily, any sort of abuse or malicious price increasing is strictly prohibited, please report any violations and they will be deleted.

If the winning bid is abandoned, all of that person's bids will be removed and the auction will be won by the second highest bidder (similarly third place will win if second abandons). If the third bidder also abandons, the auction will be carried out again at a later date.

The officials have the right to intervene and ban a person from bidding if they suspect any malicious activity or anti-social behaviours.
