This post might come as rude, but I need to express something very important here: I often receive notifications like that, maybe 2 or 3 times per month. There are very few things more frustrating as a creator to see that: Someone leaving the page saying that they did not receive the content they supported - Which is wrong, being straightforward.

It is not about leaving, let me make it clear, it is about saying that they did not receive what they paid for. If you are a supporter, you have access to my art, I want you to have it, I am extremely extremely eager for you to have what you paid for.

What happens that, the huge majority of the people who say this seems to not make a basic effort to read the instructions that are avaiable everywhere on the page. Not only that, they do not even message me. It is the case of this particular patron, he did not send a request to use the drive and he also did not send me a message.

I am sorry, I really do not mean to offend anyone, but I can not understand it: A person pledges to a creator with more than 6000 images and he can not bother to simply engage with a basic text to look at the art you paid for? Specially when the drive is so simple to use, you just need to click the link and send a request. Even if you are having trouble, everyone knows I am extremely open to help, my messages are always open. I have patrons who can not directly use the Drive, so they message me and I add them to the Drive.

When I see notifications like that I honestly feel offended as a creator. I am here to deliver you lots and lots of art, so to get people saying that I did not offer what they paid for leaves me very confused.

The main point of this text is to make clear: If you are having trouble with the Drive, please, just contact me! If you do not make the effort to click a link and send a request and if you do not send me a message, how can I help you? How can I even be aware you need help? I can absolutely manually add supporters to the Drive, but I have hundreds of patreons so I do not go manually adding each one at the start of the month, that is why sending a request is easier and faster.

Again, I am always here to help anyone, specially those who make the effort to support me. You have access to all my content and I want you to see what you paid for :)
