As I'm working with the programmer to create an Android port, he's realized the actual layour for the Load/Save screen has slots that are too small to properly work on small devices, so he's made them bigger:

He also ported this new layout to the PC/Mac versions, but I was wondering if the original design works better there.

In the original design you have a 4x5 grid with 20 save slots per page. I came up with this to maximise the number of save files you can store in a single "folder" or page, since I know most of you play different routes. This way you can organise better your runs, having all the relative save files in a single spot.

With the new design, you get a 3x3 grid with 9 slots per page. It's easier and clearer to navigate, but allows fewer saves in a single page, or "folder", which may mean you have to dedicate separate pages to one single specific run.

The Android version will have the new design for obvious technical reasons, but I'm wondering if you guys prefer the new one or the old one in the PC/MAC version.

Aehm, I have a 4x4 grid right now? I think I prefer the old grid but it's not a big thing for me.

The GUI should look different, depending on which platform the game is on. That's just optimization. So forcing a GUI designed for phones on desktops creates a worse experience for the player, and the same thing if you use a desktop GUI on the phone.
