Below is the RC1 for Always FreeBuild
A MTS user had requested this, I'm not sure it'll get much use in general but it was easy enough to put together and should be good for those who mainly build. I'll be releasing this sometime tomorrow, but here it is in case you want it early :)
This is like my Always MOO or Always Testing mods, but for the bb.enablefreebuild cheat. This makes it so that buymode is always free, and that you have access to build on hidden lots (be careful, you can block career progression if you delete the wrong things there).
It's a script mod so make sure those are enabled in your gameplay options and make sure the .ts4script is directly in your mods folder.
