 Hey guys, I'm very early into the start of the next project, which doesn't have a working title yet, so do keep in mind everything is subject to change at any time.

The starting outline for this next pack is to include several utilitarian objects that the Sims 4 lacks. Below is the rough outline of objects targeted for this pack, the exact functionality of each will be determined as progress is made:  
  • AC Unit
  • Air Vents
  • Breaker Box
  • Car Ports
  • Decorative Vehicles
  • Driveway slabs
  • Electric Meter
  • Flood Lights of several designs.
  • Furnace
  • Garage Doors
  • Gutters and Downspouts
  • Light Switches
  • Outlets
  • Thermostat
  • Water Heater
  • Water Meter
  • Window Well Covers that can be interchanged on the wells.
  • Window Wells of several sizes and styles.

Interesting.... I think the working title should be Realistic Utility pack. Simple, but direct to the point.

Love the the idea for this, I just have one to add to the list A HVAC unit for the basement. with duct work. I'm almost done with My lot and I used the sewer as an floor vent shrunk down to the smallest size with the { key and placed them around the rooms, I think they look pretty realistic.

Just curious is there any progress on this? I didn't notice the date when I originally posted, and was wondering if you where still working on this or not? It would be a great addition to so many people's build's, adding so much more realism to there houses. I for one was very excited to see this post, then got disappointed when I saw how old it was. Please tell me if you are still working on it. KHLVH13

Can I ask you something? I am currently working on a lot with a run-down house, and I am finding out that Sims don't have that much in the way of worn-out and distressed items to make the lot look abandoned and uncared for. I am talking about distressed wood and cracked windows, holes in roofs, and paint that is pealing. Is it too late to ask if you can put a few items like that in this pack?
