PUBLIC RELEASE!

This VRC Avatar Base is free to download! There's been some minor bug fixes and tweaks for the public release, so feel free to re-download if you previously had the early access version!

Cowboy? Not quite. Winer? More than that! The Argentinan Gaucho is known in their country as an irreverent symbol of bravery and honor, ever renowned for their dexterity at navigating their homeland's terrain, as well as their self-made charisma!

It's no wonder that these maned wolves (Lobo Guará in Spanish) would proudly take up the mantle...and maybe get in some trouble while they're at it.

Gaucho Guarás, much like the Poncho Cats we've released before, are a simple Avatar Base for VRChat, created as a collaboration project between Sapah (modeling & initial concept) and Senty (design)!!
Unlike their feline predecessors, they feature a host of expanded customization options and props to play with!

Because of their simplicity and our wish to have them reach as many players as possible, they are entirely free to download! That said, if you feel like supporting the creators, please consider dropping a tip at Sapah’s Ko-fi page, or supporting Senty through this Patreon page!

Features

3 different characters with unique props and palettes to choose from, each with an Avatar Rating of Good!
An additional fourth version with toggles between all versions and props (albeit a worse rating).
Highly customizable: Toggles for clothing, hats, gloves, boots, swords of different types, a revolver, and even a bottle of wine!
Six expressions mapped to your right-hand gestures. (can be locked and switched over to a standard gesture wheel as well)
A tutorial video + solidify B by flaming pear plugin for photoshop, showcasing how to add padding to your textures to fix mipmap bleed

Basic knowledge of how to upload VRC Avatars through Unity
VRChat’s currently supported Unity Version and SDK. These can be found on the official VRChat website.
