Entry 42: 

There was a loud noise just now, coming from the containment chamber.
I can hardly believe my eyes. The specimen somehow broke free of its glass.
Its surprising size suggests its somehow expanded its mass to achieve this.
Further inspection required once security arrives. 

Minutes have passed. Its curiosity led to opening one of its own files, which it seems to be profoundly fixated on.
It's afforded me a great opportunity to examine how its composition holds up within the room's temperature.
Fortunately, it seems very stable and calm.
