Derrick had been sitting in his room watching TV when his apparel changed. He wasn't wearing a brown graphic tee with a pair of jeans anymore he was wearing a pink onesie and a diaper. Horrified he tried to pull the clothes off himself, but they couldn't be removed. he tried to tear them, but that didn't work either.

Derrick exited his room despite his embarrassment.  As he passed his little sister's nursery, he saw Jessi playing with her dolly. The dolly was wearing the same light pink outfit he was wearing now, including the diaper. When he got a closer look at the doll, he noticed it had his face. 

Derrick entered his sister's room to TALK to his baby sister. A moment later, his speech was garbled. He had a dummy in his mouth. The same dummy that Jessi stuck in the mouth of her magic doll.
