Chapter 10.

Five-foot-four Ruth Mandigo entered Dr. Morris's office. Her hair was cut short, she had just cut it into a plain style with a part on her right side. She was wearing a t-shirt with a local sports team on the front, a pair of jeans, white socks, and sneakers. The outline of her small breasts could be seen through her shirt. Even though her boobs were small and didn't sag, it was obvious that she wasn't wearing a bra.

“Hiya Doc,” she spoke in a chipper tone as she smiled. Alisa could see her braces.  The braces were new like her haircut.

“Hi Ruthie, how's it going?”

“Pretty good, I took your advice. I'm not worried about what people think anymore. I'm doing what I want. I always wanted short hair.”

“I see. I like it!”

When Ruth came to visit Dr. Morris, she had just broken up with her husband. Her husband had cheated on her and she wasn't feeling good. She blamed herself and started to dress most stylishly and more sensually, bus she wasn't happy. She still blamed herself.

It took some time, but the doctor convinced Ruth to take back her independence and stop acting to please a man she no longer had.  That is what Alisa told her anyway.

Ruth started slowly by simply wearing shirts with higher necklines. But as the sessions continued, she started to dress more and more like a pre-teen boy and less like a woman.  Since she wasn't very tall and her hair had been cut short, she might be mistaken for a boy.  One of the last vestiges of her true gender and maturity are her breasts. No boy had a chest like that. But the doctor was planning. Alisa had already made an appointment to remove Ruth's breasts and give her the flat boyish chest Dr. Morris thought she deserved.

“It wouldn't be long now,” Alisa thought. “When I'm done with Ruthie, she'll be back with her ex-husband. But their relationship will be different, he'll be her father at that point. Alisa would make sure, that Ruth would be a typical rambunctious 11-year-old boy living with his father and stepmother (The stepmother would naturally be the woman who broke up their marriage.)

They would become a family. Alisa liked happy endings.

Alisa made a note to herself before Ruthie left the session. “Make sure that the newlyweds didn't have any concern about the sounds they made during lovemaking.” Alisa wanted Ruthie to have a first-hand view of what a happy marriage looked and sounded like in all aspects.
