Natural Born Killers. We didn't leave the theater after the movie was over. We were gobsmacked by it. We Had to watch it again and snuck in for a second showing. Went back the next two weekends with different people. Bought the soundtrack. I have no idea why some things absolutely engulf me. I don't think I've watched it in 20 years. I'm there Sam.

If you fancy watching a disaster movie, may I suggest Deep Impact & Dante's Peak. Two of the most realistic movies from the genre imo.

Oliver Stone’s bold vision. Of course the film shares something in common with True Romance. ; ) And yes, one of the best movie soundtracks! It was produced by Trent Reznor. Tarantino wrote the early original draft of the script for the film. It underwent rewrites, including by Stone himself. You can see how Tarantino uses music. His particular way and use of music is a stylish signature. Then the way Natural Born Killers uses music is something else entirely! And even the choice of the songs. They feel like bolder and stranger music selections. From Patti Smith to Cowboy Junkies to L7, to Dr Dre, and of course Nine Inch Nails. Wouldn’t you love to see more reaction channels just go in blind, watching Natural Born Killers for the first time knowing absolutely nothing. I think a lot of movie reaction channels are really missing the boat by neglecting this film in particular. This film is perfect for a first time blind reaction. A wild ride. FYI, there is a director’s cut you may or may not have seen. Only a couple minutes extra, mostly quick shots that are inserted. They make a hell of a difference though for an even wilder, more intense, chaotic ride.

Volcano is pretty good. But yeah, Dante's Peak is awesome. Once s*** hits the fan, it's quite exhilaratingly awesome.

I'm more of a Volcano guy myself, but I'd never stand up for Volcano's realism. It's ridiculous.

Agree with both of you. NBK is in the top three of my favorite movies, and I'm surprised more reactors haven't watched it.
