So, you know I recently updated tiers to make everything more simple and fair for you and for myself , right? Or so I thought. Well now my content here at Patreon is kinda of a mess... let me explain :

When I changed tiers there was no option to "update" what was there, so I had to delete tiers and create the new ones. From 4, now we have 3. And most of them are cheaper, even the content that was only for $5 (beta) I'm giving to to the base tier of $2.

The issue is that ALL PREVIOUS $10 and $15 CONTENT is still under that price barrier.

And while I could update one by one each of them...the thing is that I have HUNDRED of posts which would take me weeks to update...taking away even time from me to draw and art. I just can't do that.

So, for now you have to think of this way:

-ALL PAST Alpha Tier Content from 2018 and since the Gallery started is behind an invisible $10 tier.

-The same goes for ALPHA LUNA, all my content from 2018 and BEFORE is behind an invisible tier of $15

So what I could make it'd be to change those invisible tiers and make them visible. Something like : "Old $10 tier : Includes Alpha tier since 2016 to 2018" and something similar for Alpha Luna.

That's the only solution that comes to my mind. I hope you understand because right now I have no tools within Patreon to just change all past files with a single switch.

Let me know what are your thoughts. And I hope you can forgive this mess of mine.

Yikes! Maybe this should be something Pateron should look into if doing updates to tiers like this causes problems for old uploads. Whatever needs to happen Leo. Hope this mess eventually gets sorted out somehow.

Never heard of this happening usually when you change things it changes all. The only way for stuff to be invisible is if the creator has chosen to do so.

I've seen this with other Patreon users too. Old rewards are in tiers organized by $$, new ones in named tiers. As I'm only a subscriber not a creator, I can only guess how that side of the system works, but let's say to allow all Alpha Luna members to have access to old $15 posts, I wonder (and this may be a long shot) what would happen if you create a tier named "$15" at $15 and then change the price? Or could you create a $15 tier and include it into the Alpha Luna tier, as you included Beta and Alpha? I didn't comment earlier, but it's awesome to see you back Leo, looking forward to the rest of this month!

Nope, I wished that it changed all past content with the updated tiers. If you're not a creator I don't understand how you claim knowing how it works.

loboleo

Yeah, all of that it seems to be the best solution for me. Thanks for your input!

Yeah they ask for feedback all the time, this is something I'll be asking for on a future update.

I hope my rewards are not taken away because of this or charged even more.
