A person asked me to commission a second part of my Spy Lopunny.
He did it just at a time when I was suffering from a strong depression.... So I tried to try my best to give something that looks nice.

- A little of Lore.

In this world, military Pokemons are experimented with by giving them extra doses of "cortisol" which causes their abilities to increase X10 when they are in high stress situations. As a result they then feel extremely fatigued as if they have not been able to sleep for 4 days in a row.  "Activated cortisol" makes you act extremely fast but impulsively. You act out of survival.
