This comission idea is taken from the fanfiction called "An Overbearing  Aunt" by Opthebest. 

As before Sakura (adult) and Ino (THE LAST), but without all those  bandages and stockings. And Sakura is as flat as always.  

The next evening, at long last, Sarada came home to find only her  mother’s shoes at the house entrance. Finally, she could be welcomed by a  non-irking view. Alas, as she entered the salon, this optimism  brusquely perished when the infamous guest came into view, receiving the  highest degree of servitude yet to top it off. 

This time, Ino was  conceited enough to drop her high heels in the salon, rather than place  them at the appropriate spot. Ino instead placed her shoes on the Sakura  lying down at her feet in the living room. Ino is resting on the couch and sitting more like in the middle of the  couch.

The table, for once, did not brace those sultry feet. Rather, the  blonde had her legs crossed, nailing that femme-fatale pose with the  gleaming skin of her sonsie legs, up to her sensuously plump thighs,  bare and exposed. 

Sakura again was using her Clone to please her guest. One Sakura was lying on the floor on her back infront of the couch. Ino  placed her one foot (left foot) on Sakura's face, which is turned  sideways to the camera.  The other Sakura was down her knees to the left of Ino, holding Ino's  dangling right foot with both her hands and kissing the top of her foot  carefully. 

Both women are really happy and satisfied, just the daughter  of one of them really dislikes, more like hates, this situation.  Especially Ino enjoys this situation a lot.  Sarada doesn't know what to do. Seeing her mother like that... just  breaks her heart and mind. How can her mother become a slave... 

Sarada  drops down to the floor. She is kneeling next to the act and cries full  of despair. But Sakura again doesn't even care about what is going on  around her, the only thing that matters for her is the happiness of her  Goddess Ino.

I haven't read the story this is based on, but currently, I feel Sarada to be a complete idiot. You have someone who came from a clan specializing in the mind arts as a guest and your mother is now completely different in action. Is it a really hard thing to do to associate the two points together? Why is she so confused...

Also, based on the little that I saw of her character, just walking around all helpless is about the last thing Sarada would do. Based on the description, Ino clearly didn't even bother to brainwash Sarada, so why is she so helpless. She does have the Hokage on speed dial...
