After the massage treatment Ino recieved from Sakura and her tea was  finished, Ino stands up to go back home. Then the ladies sauntered to  the entrance, where Ino had left her shoes.  

Sarada was also there, waiting for the guest to leave, so she could ask  her mother about her weird behavior. Before the blonde could even bow  down to put her shoes back on, Sakura took an awkward initiative. She  kneelt down and grabbed Ino's shoes to dress her foot. Even Ino herself  was kinda impressed by this, nor was she expecting the jutsu to work  this fast neither to Sakura adapting to her new position. Sarada was  screaming inside of her head, "why would she kneel down to her friend or  dress her feet?!".  

But Ino was really happy and satisfied by this act of Sakura. Now Sakura  has dressed both feet her friend, from a kneeling position. Sarada was  standing the whole time awkwardly and ashamed next to the act.
