Sakura (the Last, the one without the bandages and stuff) and Ino (the  Last) are humiliating their slave Tsunade in the hokage office. They go  easy on their slave, for the beginning. Tsunade is orderd to make one  shadowclone, so each one of her mistresses has one slave to use. Both  young girls have a collar and a leash around the neck of their tsunade.  Sakura sits on the hokages chair with her feet up on the desk and  crossed. She is barefoot, her shoes are on the desk. Tsunade is totally  naked and has to kiss the feet of her mistress Sakura while fingering  herself. Ino is sitting on the desk, also with crossed legs and  barefoot. Her shoes are next to Sakuras on the desk. Tsunade is again  orderd to lick the dangling feet of her mistress Ino and finger herself  at the same time. Both young girls watch this act very joyfully and  having a great fun time. Tsunade is having the worst time in her life,  she has to lick the feet of her students while they are laughing at her  and mocking her. As of that wasn't enough she even has to finger herself  during the act. But her fear to anger her mistresses is just too big.  She knows if she does, they will beat her up in no time. So she quietly  bows down and is submissive. The hokages hat is on the desk.   

Positions: Sakura sits behind the desk on a chair. Her feet are up on the desk to  the left side (from her perspective). So Tsunade is to her left on her  knees.  Ino sits more at the right front of the desk and having her slave to her  left.  Both Goddesses are pulling on the leashes.  

Camera angle: Imagine you walk through the door in the hokage office and go diagonally  to the right. Don't know if you understood what I tried to explain xD.

There is a lot going on in the pic, and unfortunately, due to the very specific placement of each character in the scene by the commission, there is no way to see all the action in one shot. This is about the best I can do.
