You would think this is a simple pic to do... You'd be wrong.

First there is that breast clip serving tray. I only found one model with that and it is a static mesh, mean to fit one type of body and only that specific body. Which means that I needed to rig the thing to work with Sakura's... slender proportions for this pic. 

The text on her also too some time. The default does not have anything suitable, so I had to find how they did the body writing and made my own version.
