Had a hard time with her textures. There are 3 versions of her in the game, which caused me to look for her textures in the wrong places. Some of her textures, her hair and eyes specifically, I still have no idea where in the game are they found. In the end, I took them from someone who ported Aqua from the Kingdom Heart 0.2 game. Seems Squaresoft reused the assets from that game, as the textures fit well enough.
