Change in payment format (Patreon)

 Hi to all.

The previous format of payment is that when you become a patreon of me, you will only be charged at the end of the month. I had thought that this would be good for people who just want to take a look and see if they like my stuff and want to continue supporting or not. I really should have expected for some people to take advantage of it, especially since something similar had already happen in deviantart.

A supporter took up the highest tier package, made his requests, and then before month end, reduce their package tier. This results in me basically doing their request for free. While I am usually fairly easygoing, being taken advantage of like that isn't a good feeling, especially since the time taken working on such people's commission means less time working on genuine supporters' commissions. 

Thus I have activated the "charge up front" option here on Patreon. For my regular supporters, nothing would have change. But for those who want to play such tricks as the person described above, it means that when you upgrade your tier, you will be charged on the day you do so, instead of the end of the month. Thus, if you are considering playing such tricks, I urge you to reconsider.
