 Tsume, Kushina, Mikoto, and Hinata's Mom (if you have a workable model  for her) at a shrine kneeling but facing the viewer. All three are  pregnant and it's a fertility shrine.

To my surprise, Japanese apparently really do worship phallic stone or wooden statues as fertility rites. Then again this is the country that has brought about many of the sexual tropes, so maybe I really shouldn't be that surprised.
