Did anyone ever consider how the cat plushie, Boris, in the Cat's Cradle room was set atop the grandfather's journal…? The MC selected this particular stuffed animal out of all the cuddly felines in the room as a hiding place; you all likely read a few scene variations about this during replays. So, in theory, this specific plushie would smell like the grandfather/the cabin/the TFS dog’s 'home', which could be why she was instantly fond of Boris? Because that is the reason why. 😭

Unlike the other unlockable gifts/toys, the dog is gentle with Boris and wants to tote him around rather than chewing on it (the fake zombie hand) or wanting to give it a good slap (the toy fish).

They will have more adventures together in Book Two, if you stayed in Cat’s Cradle and kept the puppy. 🐈🐕
