Role updated (Patreon)

Apparently there is a bug regarding the patreon discord bot not updating the roles, I update the roles in order to fix this bug, please let me know if you can't access the reward channel on discrod after the update.

DiscordのPatreon BOTがメンバーのロールを更新しないバグを見つけましたので、ロールを更新しました。もし更新後にDiscordのRewardチャンネルにアクセスできない場合、DMで連絡してください。
