The Mothers group of characters won the popular vote with 71%. There is a new vote up for you to vote for your favorite mother character.

This isn't just a vote to find out who's popular. There will be some special treatment for the winning character. This will be in-game and character-specific.

Depending on how well it's received, this could become a semi-regular poll. Possibly once per major update.

I've seen some discussion about the gallery. In other games, the gallery has a set number of images per version update and these are displayed with a padlock until unlocked.

Mothers and Daughters uses a different system where the look closer images are added to the gallery as you encounter them. This means the gallery isn't aware of the images you haven't encountered yet.

If there's enough demand for change I will look at implementing a padlock-type display in the gallery. However, not all look closer images are lewd in nature. At the beginning of the game, the player has a look closer option with Victoria. If you don't have relevant stats with her, she will actually cover her cleavage in the look closer image.

There have been a few questions on the jobs and courses and whether these affect progress with the characters.

Some characters, specifically Keria and Patricia, will have a lot more content early on if you take on their respective jobs.

Each character has more than one possibility. You'll still be able to pursue characters through other opportunities if the job options don't fit your style.

The courses will have a small impact and there will be opportunities to study after class with certain girls. There will also be opportunities with the mothers (or wives of the male professors).

The extra credit activities (acting, dance, mechanic) will play a much bigger role than the everyday classes.

As always, I'm open to questions, comments, and general feedback. Games don't exist in a vacuum and your opinions help make this possible.
