Back in the day I was kinda fit. Obviously it's been a long time since I went to the gym. Since I got big, I've been anxious about even just lifting. I was scared any exercise would make my body immediately dump all this fat I've gained. Silly I know. Maybe it's time to start gaining some muscle too?

You can add muscle to your legs and arms, but why do that when you can continue to become a larger hog
