Hi there.

November 17th was the birthday of Char Aznable, so I'm posting an illustration of Char that I drew a long time ago.

Char is a rival character of the main character in a popular robot animation series called "Mobile Suit Gundam", which has been running for about 40 years.

The Gundam series is popular not only in Japan but also in other countries, especially in Asia.

I wonder how much recognition it has in other countries outside of Asia?

11月17日がシャア・アズナブルの誕生日だったということで、昔描いたシャアのイラストを投稿です。

シャアは「機動戦士ガンダム」という、４０年ぐらいシリーズが続いてる人気ロボットアニメに出てくる主人公のライバルキャラクターです。

ガンダムシリーズは日本国内だけでなく最近は海外の、特にアジア圏でも人気みたいですね。

アジア圏以外の海外ではどのくらいの認知度なんだろうか？
