comic book cover (Patreon)

Hello.

Today I'm posting a cover illustration for a book of mine that was sold by a publisher two years ago.

It was a group illustration of the characters from the comic, so it was very difficult to draw.

The second one is a rough sketch, and the third one is a clean copy that I imported into my PC.

The layers were separated for each character.

I think it took me about a month to finish it.

By the way, here is the actual book.

The content of the book is for adults.

Half of the book is a collection of illustrations, and the other half is comics, so the content is a mix of art books and comics.

Unfortunately, the book is only available in Japan at the moment, but I hope it will be translated and available overseas soon.

今日は2年前に出版社から販売させてもらった僕の書籍の表紙イラストを投稿です。

コミックに登場するキャラクターの集合イラストだったので、描くのがとても大変でした。

2枚目はラフスケッチで、3枚目が清書してＰＣに取り込んだ状態です。

レイヤーはキャラごとに分けて作業しました。

完成させるのに１か月ぐらいは掛かったと思います。

本の内容は成人向けです。

全体の半分がイラスト集、もう半分がコミックと、画集とコミックスをミックスしたような内容になっています。

残念ながら現在では日本国内での販売しかされていませんが、そのうち海外でも翻訳されて販売されるようになると嬉しいなー。
