An FAE uses the oxygen in the air to create an intense explosion. The grenade that the marine was trying to use in the morgue was a smoke grenade, not a frag grenade. Parts of the film are accurate, from a military perspective, some parts not so much. The grenade explosions were not realistic SAS refers to the special air service, british special forces, comparable to US Delta or Seals.
