Fun fact: 'The Mask' is actually based on a comic book from the early '90s. It follows the same premise of a magic mask giving Stanley cartoon-like powers, but it was MUCH darker and bloody. In the comics, the Mask became a murderous, psychopathic criminal. Another Jim Carrey movie you might enjoy is 'Liar Liar' from 1997. I think it made me laugh harder than any other comedy he's been in. It has a lot of courtroom humor like 'My Cousin Vinny'.
