Three outta four pages inked!

I was slowed down this morning because I was re-doing my receipt folder system, so I can write off all my expenses at the end of the year. If I stayed at the studio another hour or two I'd get that fourth page inked but Matt's telling me to come home and have dinner so what can I do. HUSBANDS, AMIRITE?

Oo! And today the dummy arrived for the future OJST book! https://twitter.com/ErikaMoen/status/433729192266452992 This is a blank book that the printer sends you so you can see and feel EXACTLY how your book is gunna look in regards to the cover and paper stock, the binding, and the weight. So aside from the fact that there are no pictures inside of it, THAT'S THE OJST BOOK. Ahhhh!!!

Now, I WAS super excited about it but then my dumb ol' best friend Dylan Meconis (http://www.dylanmeconis.comhttp://www.bookmobile.com/print/options-gallery Scroll down to "French Flaps" towards the bottom to see what I'm talking about)

Just this regular no-French-Flaps book run is going to cost about $10,000, which makes me feel a bit sick to my stomach just typing. French Flaps are only gunna increase the cost. But they do look good...

I figure when I Kickstart this (Hopefully in April? The One Year Anniversary of OJST!) I'll start out just raising funds to print the book Non-Fancy, and then if there's a surplus of funding we could upgrade to Fancy Pantsy? As a... Stretch Goal?

But before I start factoring that into my Kickstarter plans, I need to ask my printer for an estimate on French Flaps first. BLURG.

Alright, take care you beautiful Patrons, you. I gotta go home and eat.
