My dear, dear friend, Lucy Bellwood, and I had an unconventional convention panel at the Emerald City Comicon, complete with working (imitation) fire place.

My gut impulse is to apologize for not posting more, because oh my god I have a ton of art and thoughts I want to share here. Rather than say "I'm sorry for failing to do things I wanna do on here" I'm going to say, "There is too much going on in real life for me to perform on the internet right now, but I do have things to share with you folks and I'm doing the best I can right now. I really appreciate you being here."

The one thing I have been able to do is update my Instagram with pretty pictures. That's been bringing me a lot of pleasure lately <3 So if you'd like to see the plants and drawings and embroideries and paper vegetation I've been making, take a look over there.

Thanks ❤

Boats and Boners: a Fireside Chat with Lucy Bellwood & Erika Moen

At Emerald City Comic Con in 2018, two cartoonists who turned their niche passions—the nautical and the naughty—into successful comics careers joined forces to produce an intimate evening of Very Serious Business. This video attempts to capture the majesty of their combined wisdom and gravitas on camera.
