So, as I mentioned on Twitter, this one was inspired by a doujin done by Shinoda Kazuhiro. You can find the original on e-hentai; at least I did, and there's an English translation as well.

It's definitely unique, and this artist does a lot of odd transformations. I mean, it's not GFF level of weird, but it's out there.

It should go without saying that this is one of those things I like occasionally, but won't be doing a steady stream of or anything.
