last desync fix, found the problem
explanation for nerds who care:
Falcons costumes all have slightly different ECBs which are connected
to his skeleton. In the past, I would use the same skeleton, the neutral
one, for all his costumes. This would cause the occasional desync for all my
falcon skins that didn't share the neutral skeleton's ECB.
