I'm afraid the cuckold path is not implemented as the walkthrough says, Ethan can only warn Nat about Tevon (edom stat option) in the Nat reluctant path. This happens at least in the version released 5 days ago for high tier patrons, I can't check if you've changed it since then as the lasts posts are only available for the lowest tier (if there are any changes maybe you should consider opening them also for the higher tiers).

All tier releases use the same file link share. So, all should be the same. I couldn't locate such a bug in my game play. I could use a bit more info on it to figure it out.

According to the walkthrough Ethan can “Warn Nat” about Tevon’s approach in two different paths: the cuckold path (the pink one in the pdf) and in one of the Nat reluctant paths (if nat_cuckupset37 is false). But in the code there’s only one instance (line 5201) where the “Warn Nat” option appears, and it falls under the Nat Reluctant route. But in the cuckold path when Nat is performing a BJ to Ethan, the player is not given the option to warn her about Tevon (which imho would make sense especially for the “edom” version of Ethan). There should be a menu around line 1690. Anyway, I think there is a mistake in the walkthrough or a choice that wasn’t implemented in the code. I hope I’ve been more clear/helpful this time :)
