Hi, my Patreons, just wanted to give a sneak peek at a project I'm working on. It's still in its early stages of planning and won't be out for a while but would appreciate any ideas and feedback.

FYI: This book will be written alongside Damien as a side project initially and then depending on feedback may pivot into my main focus after Book 1 of Damien is complete. We shall see...

The overall concept is inspired by 'Solo Leveling' but with the twist that the MC is the one who made the portals in the first place. Also, think of Skynet from the terminator as the inspiration for the system.

Synopsis:

Background radiation is often ignored and disregarded by scientists. But could cosmic radiation, which comes from the stars, terrestrial radiation, which comes from the Earth, and internal radiation, which exists in all living things, really be so simple?

A lone girl capable of the impossible, controlling the very fabric of reality with her mind, knows its true potential. But unfortunately, being able to mind read and cheat tests with clairvoyance made Harley's life an utter bore. The mundane world was simply not designed with magic in mind.

But maybe it should?

This thought led Harley, alongside four other questionable characters, to create something that would bring Earth into a new age.

The system.

But due to unforeseen circumstances, the creation of the system caused ominous blue portals to open across the planet from which monsters emerged to ravage and destroy cities.

Overcome with newfound freedom, wealth and fame, the causes of the disaster paid little attention to the planet's destruction. That was until Harley decided enough was enough, and they should end the system and close the portals once and for all.
