Likely going to start some MTF TG content in the future. Thoughts? (Patreon)

I enjoy MTF TG/TF content and it is something I have been meaning to delve into for a while now.  The only issue being that this Patreon was founded mainly on non-TG TF content with female characters transforming.

If I started, it would likely only be 25% of monthly content being devoted to TG.  I would like some opinions on how you fellas feel about TG TF (MTF) content

Personally, I really like MtF TG scenarios. I get tired of bimboficaton really fast, unless it is some sort of karmic resolution for the MC. I love pregnancy, but, once again, it needs to have some real purpose, i.e., a tender, positive ending for the MC or maybe the antagonist as well, depending on the story. As for sexuality, I feel, hetero is hetero. One may have to come to terms with the fact that sexual attractions may have naturally changed due to new sexuality and all its biological and physiological changes. Same goes for homosexual, or bi-sexual, orientations. I feel they adapt to the physical environment and has nothing to do with being forced on the individual. I think I have read enough of your stories to trust you won't make any TG themes stereotypical or outlandish.

I pretty much agree with everything you said and feel like we have a lot in common in regards to how we enjoy our MtF TG scenarios. The MtF character will be dealing with enough mental changes and turmoil due to the estrogen/hormones (and potential TF elements if TG TF) so added layers of cruelty and bimbofication are usually unnecessary to me. I prefer to read scenarios that go by the mantra of "how would a real person react if this actually happened to them? What would happen if an actual man turned into a woman and suddenly had to deal with all these new physical changes and raging hormones?" I know people love reading bimbofication and I definitely enjoy writing it in F/TF stories... But I don't think I could do MTF bimbo stories; I would lose all interest.

Yes, even though we are dealing with fantasy, the best stories have some sense of reality.
