Prolonged power outage in Houston, TX (where I live) (Patreon)

Some of you probably heard about Hurricane Beryl, which has left over 2 million people without power in the Galveston/Houston area of Texas. I am one of those affected by the outage. (about 3 days and 8 hours without power now) Currently burning through my savings on hotel costs and am trying to keep my partner and cats from getting heat sick.

In all, we're not doing too great, with no end in sight for the outage. Content will likely be delayed, but the monthly schedule should still be on track as long as power is back in the next 2-3 days.
