Lowered commission prices! Also, commissions open to both tiers! (Patreon)

I lowered the commission pricing from 1.5 cents per word to 1 cent per word ($1 per 100 words)

This is based on feedback from community friends; I apologize if I upset anyone with the pricing since this is all very new to me.
