Background:

Humans and nymphs only started peacefully coexisting recently after one was discovered in someone’s home, making the small humanlike race known. A year later, Nymphs now live in a small human city that is fixed to be able to cater to their small lifestyle. Buildings, housing, and transportation tubes were all built at a smaller size. Education is now open for people of all sizes, and jobs have now allowed nymph employees.

They only reside in this specific city for their safety, but tourists are allowed to visit. Being able to be so close to tiny humans has made it quite the tourist attraction, causing the city to grow more and more. But, the main rules are no animals, do not touch the nymphs, and unless you have a red card, you may not stay past 9 PM. Those that live with them are residents of the small city and must go through years of extensive training and testing to learn how to interact with them safely. Crime against nymphs is low due to the severe punishments, even more severe for tourists. In such a small town, it's almost impossible for something to go unnoticed.
