In prep for the Anime Shader Series, been super heavy into researching Anime 3D modeling in general. I wanted to know exactly how the Professionals in Japan create the 3D models for Anime, and I eventually found a video that literally demonstrated just about everything you could ever want to know -

Kaoru Sakaki is a Japanese Anime Figurine modeler that companies hire when they want to make 3D prints of their Anime Characters to sell as merchandise. And, he provides all of the tools, brushes, shaders, and instructions needed to replicate his workflow for free on ArtStation:

Literally found the GOLDEN standard for 3D anime straight from Japan by a professional artist. I'll talk about it more when we actually get to the series. But, I just thought I'd share my discovery with you guys a bit early here :)
