Flower Children (Patreon)

A fun, bright flowery shoot from many years ago in North Carolina. I really loved this house; it was Matt Schmidt's old house. I created so many memories and so much art there. Some of the people I created with are not in my life anymore and some are. I do not even know the woman that is myself here anymore; she was thinner, angrier, distraught, yet still so full of hope. Today, I am fuller, calmer, sad sometimes, but medicated and taking life day by day. Just like the flowers in this field; they've since died and been reborn season after season, year after year.

If you haven't heard my songs Change and The Alchemist, I encourage you to go give them a listen. They really paint the full picture of how I feel regarding human growth in this weird time and space we are in.

My thoughts are very jumbled today. So many things keep happening in this country. I hope it can be reborn the way that I feel I was.
