With how hot it is today here in Georgia, it's difficult to imagine that I will be in Florida next week! I'm going to try to be super diligent about sunscreen and protecting my skin. I hate sunburns, and even more now as an adult as I realize the dangers and effects of sun damage (especially to someone as fair as myself). I should really invest in a parasol.

On the 1st, I'll be heading back down to Florida! This is half a vacation and half a tour; my family will be joining me for a little bit of it and then I will be on my own for a few days. I'll be heading back home to Georgia by the 14th, though, because my partner's birthday is on the 15th!

After that, I am hoping to travel over to NC and SC, but I am unsure at the moment. I have big travel plans in September and a leap back up to Pennsylvania in October after my birthday.

In September, I will be going to the west coast for the first time ever. There is still so much planning to do, but I am so excited. How is dry heat? Am I going to die over there, too? Ha. I'll thankfully have a friend and my partner for my entire tour in September, because a part of it, too, is a vacation; I am attending my very first music festival ever in Las Vegas!  I've also never been to Vegas. This year is shaping up much better than the last. It almost feels like a blur that we are still semi stuck in.
