Hello, hello!

I hope you have had a great June so far, and I apologizing for a lack of content! I will be playing catch-up a little this week.

If you follow me elsewhere, you probably know that I left for tour last Friday on the 11th! I departed super early for Nashville where I stayed for a few days before heading onto Ohio for a night, Pittsburgh for two days, and now here in Detroit, Michigan. Pittsburgh was a hoot; I played both photographer and model and will be sharing the stories and photos from that adventure in the coming weeks/months!

For now, Detroit has been very kind to me. This is my 2nd time here in the city and I am loving every second it is giving me! I was slammed yesterday with three back to back shoots that were all scattered in different locations; it was a ton of driving and creating, and I am sore today!

I'm currently in my Airbnb catching up on some work and podcasts. I only had one shoot today, and it may be my favorite so far! It was super fun and creative. Can't wait to see what else is coming my way. I'm here for tonight and tomorrow, then leaving bright and early on the 21st to head to Chicago!

If you recall, this photo-set here is from my last tour through North Carolina. I love experimenting with motion in photos and I have been trying to remember that during shoots on this tour (like today! More studio movement!). I titled this Contemporary because it reminded me of my days in contemporary dance. I've done so many forms of dance, but I quit before the recital for contemporary due to a lot of life stress at the time. I was 18 and life was a whirlwind.

Maybe I'll return to dance one day - I do have a pole, after all.
