Ghost in this House | Glass Palace ft. Lilith Jenovax (Patreon)

I missed posting here on Halloween, but don't think I didn't do something to celebrate. My partner released this on Halloween day and we recorded it just a day or two prior. It was a very last minute project he wanted to do to commemorate the season and put a little more music and love into this dreary year. I'm honored to have sang on the track with him. 

The original song is by a band called Shenandoah, but we drew our inspiration from Allison Krauss who also covered the song. 

I wanted to cover this song the minute I first heard it. Graham, my partner, is also the one who originally showed me this song. It's beautiful, and I do highly recommend listening to the cover by Allison. I'm honestly not sure if I have heard the original by Shenandoah? I should probably do that, too.

We nailed the track pretty quickly and I was really impressed and happy with myself. I think I am getting better. I feel like I have said that here before, but if I keep feeling it, hopefully it is true. I'm doing less takes in better time with more steady pitch and key.

I still have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the process.
