Do what you gotta do right now. Want a cookie? Eat a damn cookie. Want a cigarette? Have it. It is so important that you realize that you do NOT have to work on self improvement right now. You can cut yourself some slack; there is a global pandemic, and you deserve every bit of relaxation you can get.
