Good morning everyone!

I woke up today feeling much better than I did the past 2 mornings. Last night my kitty finally came home around 10PM when it got cold and dark outside, so that really helped ease my nerves and calm my stomach. I should have known he would return; he always has, but my last kitten did not come home when she escaped, so it worried me. But he is home safe and sound and I have one less thing to worry about!

Ahhh.... this set. I have been eagerly waiting to show you all this set! This was my very first time meeting and working with Caleb Kersh back in February.  Caleb primarily shoots street photography, but he recently moved onto photographing human subjects. I first saw his work featured in Caitlin's portfolio and instantly though he had a great eye. I was surprised I had never heard of him because he lives closer to me than most in Atlanta do! We finally all organized a day and met up, even though it was a bit chilly and dreary out.

We met up at this industrial yard located in Gainesville. It didn't have any trespassing signs and none of the workers bothered us or minded; we steered clear of any people and stuck to shooting in the more abandoned and desolate areas. At the end of the shoot, we decided to scale the side of a building and shoot from the rooftop. I had never done this before! I felt so powerful with the wind blowing through my hair, wearing my Selena inspired 2 piece outfit layered with faux fur accented by my Louboutin heels.... and Rue 21 necklace, lol.

I love mixing high fashion with cheap or used things.
