Let me first say that I apologize for posting this so late! I missed the mark. I really had efforts to get my studying done today, but I ended up going out to dinner with a friend and then networking for hours. My tour is straight after finals, and then I ended up throwing another tour together for June. Not sure my priorities are straight, but I'll get my other stuff done....

Now, for what I had promised. I uploaded a set recently to the $10 tier that I created with Julie Hunter. There were not many tricks or fascinating mechanics to this shoot, but I will give you some insight all the same.

I had noticed Julie had access to a near empty house in Chattanooga, Tennessee for just a while longer until the owner sold it. I did not have any plans made for the trip, but I decided I would cut into my budget and make it work for the results. I am glad I did.

I took the 2 hour drive north early that Easter morning and mostly jammed out to music along the way. That's the usual for me during trips. Oddly, I do love listening to audio books and podcasts at home. On the road, I love the sound. I stopped for some coffee and gazed at the scenery (have you driven in the south east? We have fabulous mountains).

You can see a lot of the house from the photos, but let me be the first to say it was gorgeous. Long wooden corridors with large curtainless windows lending way to magnificent natural light -  a photographer's dream. I was in heaven. I truly regret not getting some self portraits honestly (or at least more BTS). Julie had a friend with a shop, Vintage Junkie, who let us use a ton of wardrobe for the session. Julie had also recently purchased some items from Wish that we took advantage of. I love when wardrobe is accessible because I have been totally slacking in upgrading mine (though I did a little this weekend!).

We started downstairs in a large beautiful living room and on the staircase. This was probably my favorite look; I was wearing a large faux fur coat with a jewelry harness. Totally chic and glamorous.

Next I threw on this super cute powder blue night slip. It was really cute, but outfits like that truly make me wish I had longer legs!

Things got weirder after that - Julie had purchased this strange, tight, holed, garbage bag type material bodysuit (you'll see what I mean if you purchased access to the set). Super weird choice, but it really worked on camera. I did some weird inverted posing and bending in it. I like the results.

Julie then pulled out this gorgeous silk blue jumpsuit with a long flowing open cardigan-esque top. It felt like a big beautiful dress. A majority of people loved that outfit the most. I felt like a princess. I walked up and down the main hallway as Julie shot some motion pieces.

Lastly in fashion, I threw on a yellow bodysuit. I typically stray from yellow, but this looked pretty well on me. Besides my breasts continuously popping out of it (yeah), it worked well! We used this piece upstairs on an incredible vintage couch that was placed in front of a large opened window. I loved smelling the air and reaching my hands out during the shoot. Better yet when I smelled someone smoking weed, hahahahaha.

Julie does not really shoot much nudes, but she is branching out. I stripped for out last set and we just played around the spots we already visited. I particularly loved this little nook in the upstairs room right in front of another window behind the stair rails (located behind me in the above image!). It felt moody and.... I'm not sure. It made me feel nostalgic.

It was a grand day. As many of you know, I am not Christian. Therefore, I do not celebrate Easter (hence why I went and did this on that Sunday). However, I had missed the Spring Equinox which I do celebrate. This was a fabulous makeup for it.

I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Ah! I cannot believe it is almost 2AM. I am so behind on neuroscience. I think I just start to break down during the end of the semester. On the bright side, my other 3 classes are pretty fine. I am sure I will be in here too..... I've gotten mostly A's on everything in the course, I am just stressed out due to my procrastination reading the chapters. Finals are next week.....

I am also going to the doctor tomorrow during my marketing class to check on something.... I truly hope it is nothing to worry about. Everyone keeps assuring me it is fine, but I am acting like I have illness anxiety disorder with it.

Wish me luck.
