Quotidian | Earth Day (Patreon)

In appreciation of Earth Day, take a minute to look at your surroundings. How much of it can you thank mother earth for? How do you thank her? Do you recycle? Do you limit your electricity use? How about your water use? Do you flush EVERY time you use your home bathroom? Do you turn off the lights when you leave the room? Do you use canvas bags instead of limitless plastic ones that only end up in the ocean? Do you cut the plastic soda can holders before tossing them in the trash so that animals do not get caught in them and die? Are you a supporter of fast fashion? Did you know it is a major contributor to pollution? Do you properly dispose of your cigarette butts; for that matter, do you smoke regularly?
I know, I know. It is overwhelming.... but if we all did the little things, do you not think they would add up? Do you not think you could save this little, vulnerable planet we are destroying?
I only touched on a small percentage of things that harm the planet. Do your part. Do the little things. Mother Earths needs you to take responsibility - but she does not need you.... you need her.
