Progress Report (Patreon)

Alright, this should be the last progress report for the month, unless there ends up being a delay. There will be a poll up starting in the next day or two, that will run through roughly the 4th of December. That will be regarding what sort of extra content Haven's Port gets in it's Last Hurrah build next month. I want as much time as possible to work on it, so I'll be starting that particular poll slightly earlier than normal.

That aside, there's just one thing left this month. The Left Hand Magic build. Right now, I'm fairly positive about the chances of an on-time release. I've just about finished all the coding. I have a single scene to still do the code for, plus a bit of hunting for some new background music for a couple of the scenes. Even combined, that should be less than two hours of work tonight. Which means I should be able to get a solid start on the writing. With any luck, I'll finish the writing up by evening of the 29th, then use the 30th for an editing pass and testing. The deadline is going to be tight for sure, but unless something goes seriously wrong, any delay should be a matter of hours, not days. Which is pretty good from the 5-day late start I hit the ground on with this build.

One thing I will note...the cheat system did not get the extension I had planned to add in this build. In any other month that would annoy me greatly. In this particular month, I'm honestly relieved to be getting a full sized build out, so the lack of that bit extra isn't really something I'm agonizing over...
